Data science is an interdisciplinary academic field [1] that uses statistics, scientific computing, scientific methods, processes, algorithms and systems to extract or extrapolate knowledge and insights from noisy, structured, and unstructured data.
We break down the so called Big Data into usable information to create software and algorithms that help companies and organizations in their operations.
Data Science
Artificial intelligence (AI) is intelligence—perceiving, synthesizing, and inferring information—demonstrated by machines, as opposed to intelligence displayed by animals and humans.
Our research in various sub-fields of AI is centered around particular goals which include reasoning, knowledge representation, planning, learning, natural language processing, perception, and logic.
